Block 3 hours every workday on lead gen and lead follow up
No skipping
No interruptions
No excuses! (especially current business)
4. Become a market expert
Study the market
Know your numbers
practice what to say
5. Build your sphere/database
Sphere = People who already know, like and trust you.
Who do I already know who isn’t in my database?
Call the people in your database using the FORD Method (Friends, Occupation, Recreation, Dreams)
Make Care Calls (care, compassion, contribution, common sense)
Continue to Add people to your database weekly
