Lead Generation Hacks: Find The Motivated

I’ve been reading the book “Shift” By Gary Keller, and when I got to chapter 4, Lead Generation, I ended up highlighting the ENTIRE chapter. In the book Gary says this, “Just because the market is changing from more homes sold to less, doesn’t mean that you have to. As leads become fewer, you must make a concentrated effort to find them! You must become more focused and more intentional around your lead generation than ever before. Now is the time to shift your lead generation into the highest gear possible to do all you can to take your unfair share!”

As real estate agents, we have 2 jobs, to help people find and sell their homes, and more importantly, to find the people to help! Finding those people is what we call, “Lead Generation” without it, we do not have a business.

I’ve spent my entire career learning how to Lead Generate at a high level, and this does not mean simply cold calling. There are so many great ways to build your business and find people to help and some amazing ways to do it. I’ve compiled all of my favorite bits and pieces into a playbook and am going to be training on it this Thursday in our EHT Community Room. You wont want to miss this one!
