Agent Spotlight: Lisa Sisko, The Lisa Sisko Team, “Real Estate Is My Mission”

Lisa Sisko, who owns and operates The Lisa Sisko Team, has been selling real estate for over 18 years. She runs a great team primarily on the East Side of the Cleveland Suburbs as well as an expansion team in Hilton Head Island, SC. We've respected Lisa and her team for many years. I'm excited to share with you this interview with her regarding how she's built her businesses and thrived through various shifting markets over the years and why she says that "Real Estate is Her Mission!" Lisa has a very clear "WHY" / purpose as to why she gets up every day to do what she does. The essence in her heart and her soul is to help people and she gets the joy to do that in the Real Estate Industry. Lisa's Mission Statement is: She is facilitating God's plan for homeownership for people that He brings her Way, and will do her best to get them where He wants them to be."

In 2013 sold 127 homes as a single agent with 3 assistants. It was then that she realized that she needed to grow a team. Once she plugged into training and learned the basics of Lead Generation, she wasa able to grow her team. Her bosses are her buyers and sellers as well as her agent partners on her team.

Her advice to all of the agents out there:

  • Do what you've always done, just be more on purpose with it.

  • Do those care calls.

  • Ask for referrals after you've seen how they are doing.

  • Offer Value!

  • Don't be distracted by the shiny objects... just focus on the 2-3 things (Lead Gen Pillars) that you are good at!

  • Slow consistent efforts over time, don't complicate it!!!
