Agent Spotlight: Ed Huck,“Changing The Way Real Estate Is Sold”

This is a special interview where I interview my husband, Ed Huck, who founded The Ed Huck Team, Keller Williams Realty.  The Ed Huck Team has been helping families at a high level for over 20 years. In 2022 the team served 325 families over $105 Million in Volume with 11 full time agents and 6 full time support staff. 

We dig into the details of Ed's 31 years of experience selling real estate, how he got started, and what it looked like for him and I to build the team together. This is an emotional interview when Ed gets teary eyed talking about the impact he wants to make and the reasons we are building the team in the first place in lieu of him and I just selling homes with an assistant. 

It's a pretty powerful 50 minutes. Worth listening to if you want to understand what it takes to build out a real estate business offering a high level of value to both agent partners and clients.  He also talked about what it takes to succeed in today's market.
