Using 10’s, 25’s, & 50’s To Create Your Vision Board

Have you ever heard of a 10’s, 25’s and 50’s? This is a method I learned from Bob Proctor, Author of the New York Times best seller, “You Were Born Rich” and contributor to “The Secret” movie.  It helps you to categorize the things you want more of in your life.

10’s are the more attainable things that bring you joy and make your heart sing, like walking your dog, reading your favorite book at the park, or stopping for a special coffee.   25’s are things that you love doing but are not daily, such as getting your nails done, a massage, or dinner dates. The 50's are bigger experiences that excite you such as sporting events, trips, or a new car.  You may even want to think bigger and add a 75 list such as a dream vacation to Europe or a second home. This is not about material possessions and getting things, this is about feeding your soul and making sure you make space and welcome in the things and experiences that excite you.

Once you have your list, you can start to create a visual to remind you daily. This is what we call a vision board. If you’ve never done one, I HIGHLY suggest giving it a shot.  In my video I explain in more detail how to use your lists of 10’s, 25’s and 50’s to create your vision board and how this has impacted me in my life! As always, I’m here to help you if you find yourself with more questions! Simply reach out to me!
